How to Edit Your Profile in PostAll (And Why It Matters)?
First impressions matter — even inside your tools. When you're using PostAll your profile is how collaborators identify you, manage permissions, and assign work. Getting it set up properly takes less than two minutes.
Here's how to do it.
Step 1: Go to your account settings
Once you're logged into PostAll, click on your avatar or account name in the top-right corner of the dashboard. From the dropdown, select Settings or Account. This is where all your personal information lives.
Step 2: Update your display name and profile photo
Inside settings, you'll find fields for your display name and profile picture. Upload a clear photo (or a brand logo if you're managing a client workspace) and set a name that your team will recognise instantly — especially useful when you're working across multiple workspaces.
Step 3: Update your email and password
If you signed up with a temporary email or want to switch to a work address, this is where you change it. You can also update your password here. PostAll uses OAuth2 security, so your credentials are never stored in plain text.
Step 4: Manage your workspace identity
PostAll supports multiple workspaces — one per brand or client. Each workspace can have its own name, connected platforms, and team members. Your profile sits across all of them, so your name and photo appear consistently whether you're managing a personal brand or five client accounts.
Step 5: Save and you're done
Hit Save and your changes apply immediately across the platform.
A complete profile keeps your workspace organised, your team aligned, and your workflow clean. It's a small step with a big impact — especially as your team or client list grows.
