Step 1 — Open the Post Composer

Once you're logged in, click "Craft Your Post" from the left sidebar. You'll land on the main composer screen where all the magic happens.

Step 2 — Choose Your Post Format

At the top, select the format that suits your content:

• Post — standard text or image post
• Reel — short-form vertical video
• Short — YouTube Shorts format

Step 3 — Select Your Platforms

Under "Publish To", you'll see icons for every connected platform — Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and 25+ more. Click the ones you want to publish to. Use "Select Connected" to pick all active accounts in one click.

Step 4 — Write Your Content

Type your message in the text box. As you write, the Live Preview panel on the right shows exactly how your post will look on the selected platform — no surprises after publishing.

Step 5 — Let AI Do the Heavy Lifting

Don't want to write from scratch? Use the built-in AI tools at the bottom:

• Caption — generates a ready-to-use caption
• Hashtags — suggests relevant hashtags instantly
• Rewrite — refines your existing text
• Write Full Post — creates a complete post from a topic or keyword

Or hit "AI Generate" at the top for a full one-click draft.

Step 6 — Add Media

Click the upload area to attach images or videos to your post.

Step 7 — Publish or Schedule

Once you're happy, hit Publish to go live instantly — or save as a Draft to schedule it later via the content calendar.
