PostAll's CSV Bulk Import: Schedule 1,000 Posts in One Upload

Managing social media content at scale is one of the most time-consuming tasks for marketers, agencies, and content creators. Scheduling posts one at a time across multiple platforms isn't just tedious — it's a productivity killer. PostAll's CSV Bulk Import feature is built specifically to solve this problem.

What Is CSV Bulk Import?

PostAll's CSV Bulk Import lets you upload, preview, edit, and publish up to 1,000 posts in a single CSV file. Instead of manually entering each post into a scheduler, you build your entire content calendar inside a spreadsheet and import it in one click.

How It Works

The format is refreshingly simple. Every CSV needs just two required columns:

• content — the text of your post

• platforms — the platform(s) you're targeting

For scheduling and media, two optional columns are available:

• scheduledAt — supports multiple date formats including Feb 1 2025 10:00 AM, 2025-02-01 10:00, and 01/02/2025 3:30 PM

• mediaUrl — attach images or media directly via URL

For multi-platform posting, simply separate platforms with a pipe symbol — for example, INSTAGRAM|TWITTER|LINKEDIN — and PostAll handles the rest.

Why It Matters

For agencies managing multiple client accounts or creators running high-frequency content strategies, this feature is transformative. Instead of spending hours in a dashboard, your entire team can collaborate on a spreadsheet, finalize content, and import everything at once. PostAll even lets you preview and edit posts after import before anything goes live.

Part of a Powerful Platform

CSV Bulk Import is just one piece of PostAll's broader feature set, which includes AI-powered caption writing, best-time scheduling, analytics, team workflows, and support for 30+ social platforms — all starting at $9/month with a 30-day free trial.

For content teams serious about efficiency, PostAll's bulk import isn't a nice-to-have. It's the new standard.
