By accessing or using PostAll ("we," "us," or "our") at postall.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
PostAll is a social media management platform that enables users to schedule, create, publish, and manage content across multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, and others. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, analytics, team collaboration, and bulk scheduling features. PostAll operates as a content management and publishing tool that works through official APIs of each connected platform.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using your email address or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
• Post, schedule, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of bulk messaging that violates platform guidelines.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected platforms.
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Use the AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Property: The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is owned by PostAll and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines before publishing.
6. Plans, Payments, and Billing
Free Plan: We offer a free Starter plan with limited features. No credit card is required.
Paid Plans: Paid plans (Standard, Team, Agency) are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our pricing page. Prices are in USD.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy (lemonsqueezy.com), our Merchant of Record, or via Razorpay / PayPal for select regions. By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service.
Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until the next renewal.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day full refund policy for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact [email protected] and we will process it within 5-7 business days.
8. Third-Party Services and APIs
Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms and services through their official APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, service disruptions, or policy changes by these platforms that may affect our Service's functionality. Connected platforms include but are not limited to: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Mastodon, Tumblr, VK, Bluesky, WordPress, Medium, Hashnode, Dev.to, Blogger, Ghost, and Vimeo.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including post engagement, follower growth, or revenue.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PostAll AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostAll and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, conducted in English. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
